The following checks must be strictly performed before starting the equipment to ensure personal and equipment safety:
Utility Check: Turn on the power and air supply. Check the pressure gauge to ensure the air pressure remains stable between 0.4–0.6 MPa.
Hardware Inspection: Verify that the equipment is properly grounded. Carefully inspect the blades to ensure they are intact and free of chips or cracks.
5S Housekeeping: Clear away any debris or clutter around the machine to maintain a clean work area.
⚠️ CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING:
It is strictly forbidden to put hands or any body parts into the stamping area, die, or any moving mechanical parts while the machine is running!
Set up and adjust the equipment according to the production order requirements:
Parameter Input: Enter the process parameters—such as wire specifications, total length, and stripping length—accurately via the touchscreen.
Die Installation: Select and install the appropriate stripping blades and terminal crimping dies based on the wire diameter.
Wire Threading: Manually thread the wire into position and secure it using the clamping device.
Setup Specification:
When replacing terminals or dies, the power must be disconnected first. Always use the designated wrench to perform a manual inching (jog) test to verify that the mechanical stroke is normal and free of any jamming before turning the power back on.
Mass production must not begin blindly; the "Three-Inspection" principle must be strictly followed:
Sample Trial: Crimp 1–3 sample pieces before starting official production.
Data Testing:
Use a tensile tester to check if the terminal crimp strength meets the standard.
Use a caliper to strictly verify the wire stripping dimensions.
Production Release: The first-piece sample must be submitted to the Quality Inspector (IPQC) for confirmation. Mass production via the automatic run button is allowed only after it is signed off as qualified.
