JM-201U Automatic Terminal Crimping Machine (Tube Marking + Multiple Crimping Stations)
Equipment Introduction
JM-201U adopting U-shaped wire handling, this machine supports 10 wire colors, multi-station terminal crimping, and dual number tube threading with heat shrinking. It accommodates various terminal crimp types and offers flexible switching between different wire specifications without requiring tool/die changes.
Equipped with an industrial-grade laser marking system, it provides clear printing without consumables and features high stability. The machine utilizes a multi-station streamlined design for smooth production and high efficiency, achieving a capacity of 1,300–1,400 pieces per hour. It can also be configured with optional crimp force monitoring (CFM) and visual inspection systems to analyze terminal crimping results in real time, ensuring full-process quality control.
Supporting wire cross-sections from 0.3mm² to 2.5mm², it comes standard with 10-wire feeding and 4-station terminal crimping. The machine integrates multiple functions into one, including wire cutting, stripping, laser marking, sleeve inserting, heat shrinking, crimping, and inspection. It is widely applicable in the electrical wiring industry, such as wire harness processing for high and low voltage cabinets, complete distribution cabinets, switchgears, and control cabinets. By enabling automatic switching without tool/die changes, it enhances production speed and precision to meet fast-paced and diversified manufacturing demands.
