JMK fully automatic wire harness terminal crimping machines integrate wire feeding, cutting, stripping and terminal crimping into a controlled production process. Depending on the selected machine and configuration, additional processes such as seal insertion, tube marking, heat-shrink tube threading, ultrasonic welding and connector housing insertion can also be incorporated.
Our equipment is designed for manufacturers that require consistent crimp quality, repeatable wire processing and efficient changeovers across automotive, new energy, household appliance and industrial wiring applications.
Manual wire preparation involves multiple production steps and increases dependence on operator experience. Our automatic wire crimping machines coordinate wire feeding, fixed-length cutting, stripping and terminal crimping within one production cycle, helping reduce material transfers and processing variation.
Available processing configurations include:
Single-end terminal crimping
Double-end terminal crimping
Single-wire and multi-wire processing
Wire cutting and stripping
Waterproof seal insertion
Number tube marking and insertion
Heat-shrink tube threading
Multi-wire splicing and ultrasonic welding
Connector housing insertion on selected systems
For projects that require both crimping and automated connector assembly, explore our terminal crimping and housing insertion machines.
Different harness structures require different terminal processing methods. JMK provides automatic terminal crimping machines for single-end, double-end and multi-station production.
Double-end machines can process both ends of a wire during the same production cycle, making them suitable for repeatable high-volume harness production. Single-end configurations provide greater flexibility when the opposite wire end requires tinning, seal insertion, tube processing or another secondary operation.
For more complex assemblies, we can evaluate whether crimping, welding, tube marking and housing insertion should be combined within one customized production system.
Crimp quality depends on consistent wire positioning, stripping accuracy, terminal feeding and press control. Our machines use controlled feeding and crimping systems to maintain stable processing during continuous production.
Servo-driven configurations support repeatable motion control and parameter adjustment. A rigid industrial frame helps maintain equipment stability during regular operation, while the digital control interface allows operators to set and manage production parameters for different wire harness specifications.
Actual processing speed, wire range and crimping capacity vary by model, terminal and application.
Quality requirements vary between automotive harnesses, household appliance wiring and industrial control applications. Selected JMK terminal crimping machines can be equipped with inspection and monitoring modules based on the required production standard.
Available options may include:
Crimp force monitoring
CCD visual inspection
Wire presence detection
Terminal position inspection
Material shortage alarms
Automatic fault alarms
Defective-product separation
Crimp force monitoring helps identify abnormal changes during the crimping process, while CCD inspection can be configured to check selected terminal or wire characteristics. The inspection scope should be confirmed according to the terminal, wire and acceptance criteria.
In addition to standard cutting, stripping and crimping, JMK provides machines that integrate additional wire preparation processes.
The JM-201U automatic terminal crimping machine is designed for applications that require tube marking and multiple crimping stations.
The JM-555 automatic wire crimping machine combines wire cutting, stripping, terminal crimping, seal insertion and heat-shrink tube threading for multi-process wire harness production.
We also provide equipment for multi-wire terminal crimping and ultrasonic welding when several wires need to be joined within one harness assembly.
Our fully automatic wire harness terminal crimping machines can be configured for a range of electrical connection applications, including:
Automotive wiring harnesses
New energy vehicle electrical systems
Energy storage equipment
Household appliances
Industrial control systems
Photovoltaic equipment
Consumer electronics
Telecommunications equipment
Machine selection should be based on the wire size, wire length, terminal specification, seal structure, required processing steps, target output and quality-control standard.
Standard machines may not cover every combination of wire, terminal, seal and secondary process. JMK can develop customized wire harness equipment based on customers’ samples and production requirements.
Our project evaluation can include:
Wire and cable specifications
Terminal and applicator compatibility
Single-end or double-end processing
Multi-color wire feeding
Seal and tube processing
Ultrasonic welding requirements
Connector housing assembly
CCD inspection and crimp monitoring
Connection with other automation stations
Providing actual wire, terminal and finished harness samples allows us to conduct a more accurate process evaluation.
With nearly 20 years of experience in wire harness processing automation, JMK provides standard machines and customized production systems for different harness structures.
We support customers throughout sample evaluation, process planning, equipment configuration, commissioning and operator training. Our objective is to match the equipment to the actual production process while improving crimp consistency, reducing manual handling and supporting repeatable batch production.
It feeds, cuts and strips the wire before crimping a terminal onto one or both wire ends. Depending on the configuration, it may also perform seal insertion, tube processing, welding or housing insertion.
Yes. JMK provides double-end terminal crimping machines that can strip and crimp both wire ends within one production cycle.
Terminal compatibility depends on the applicator, terminal feeding system, wire specification and required crimp profile. We recommend providing terminal drawings and physical samples for evaluation.
Crimp force monitoring is available on selected machines or as an optional configuration. Its availability should be confirmed for the specific model.
Yes. Selected machines can be configured for waterproof seal insertion before terminal crimping. The seal and wire samples should be tested during project evaluation.
Please provide the wire size, cutting length, stripping length, terminal drawing, seal specification, required processing steps and target production capacity. We will then recommend a suitable standard or customized configuration.
