EU Standard - Automatic 3-ends Crimping and Double Head Insertion Machine - JMK
The whole machine adopts European standard design, strictly follows the European standard mechanical safety standards, and is equipped with fully enclosed safety cover, emergency stop button and photoelectric induction safety door in various directions, so as to ensure the personal safety of operators and the production process. It is equipped with three terminal crimping machines, which can complete a variety of different types of terminals crimping connector, furnished with high-speed and high-resolution CCD visual inspection and crimp monitoring system, as well as connector pull detection to ensure the stability of the connector, whole process quality monitoring, and automatic sorting of bad products. (Cycle speed: about 2 seconds per line)
