JM-800 Automatic Connector Housing Insertion Machine (Multiple Connectors Housing + AI Assistant)
JM-800 Automatic Crimping Machine with integrated insulation modules are engineered for high-precision crimping of various terminals. They support both single- and double-sided crimping for single-core and multi-core cables—including round, flat, and ribbon types. These presses are known for their outstanding precision, reliability, and efficiency. A wide range of optional modules is available to enhance functionality, including Crimp Force Monitoring (CFM), tinning, twisting, labeling, heat shrink tubing application, and automated feeding systems.
Functions: cutting, stripping, terminal crimping, connector insertion, tube marking, heat shrink tube, waterproof seals insertion.

JM-800 the 3rd generation automotive wire harness housing insertion automation processing equipment. Adopting high-precision visual positioning guidance insertion technology, Al self-learning, assist in correcting the insertion angle and spacing of terminals to meet the high-precision processing requirements of automotive wiring harnesses. JM-800 supports 30 wire colors, multiple terminal crimping, waterproof seals threading, number tube, heat shrink tubing, supporting the insertion of multiple connectors and the production of AWG18-26# wires. Can be connected to MES, Optional JMK intelligent crimping force monitor and CCD visual inspection system, for full process quality monitoring. The highly flexible plastic insert tray can be embedded with multiple types of connector, and can produce a great scale of specific wires with greater flexibility.
