JM-601A One end crimping+connector housing insertion the other end tinning
The JM-601A automatic single-end housing insertion and single-end tinning machine utilizes a precision servo drive mechanism and PC human-machine interface digital control for easier production management. The JM-601A can produce wire lengths ranging from 45 to 9999 mm (customizable), supports 1 to 8 wire colors, and processes wire sizes from AWG #18 to #28.
It also can be equipped with an optional crimp force monitoring system and a CCD visual inspection system, which enable real-time display and comparative analysis of product images and crimping force curves. If a defective crimp is detected, the system triggers an alarm and automatically rejects the defective part. With full-process quality monitoring during processing, it significantly reduces labor costs, ensures product quality, and boosts production efficiency.
